About the System
Designed for carpet manufacturing companies, this program tracks the entire production process from order entry through to final shipment. Online communication with looms enables full coordination in production planning and sequencing, giving management a real-time view of operations across the factory floor.
The system allows you to monitor — at any moment — how much of the production orders loaded onto looms has been completed and how long the remaining work will take to finish.
Stock Operations
Stock card definitions are designed in a parametric structure, created by combining pre-defined parameters that determine the general characteristics of the finished product. Color, pattern, size, and quality definitions can be configured company-specifically to match your exact terminology and standards.
Labeling is performed automatically, eliminating human errors. You can access full production history and movement data for any carpet — filtered by date, warehouse, client, product group, variety, or quality code — even years after the fact.
All shipment area information is available online at any time. Packing lists are generated automatically by the system; the user simply selects the required format. Minimum and maximum stock quantities can be set per stock card to keep warehouse levels under control.
Order Operations
Order quantities entered into the system are automatically updated as products are shipped, giving you accurate, real-time visibility into outstanding order balances without manual intervention. For planning purposes, the system calculates required production quantities based on current open orders. Order reports also allow you to retrieve lists of products that have completed production and are ready for dispatch.
