The Dyehouse Control System enables yarn and textile dyehouses to manage every production process end-to-end in a digital environment. From dye recipe definitions and production orders to machine tracking and quality control records, all processes can be monitored and reported from a single platform.
The system allows you to create separate recipe libraries for different colour and product groups, track the stock and consumption of dyeing chemicals, and automatically manage reorder points.
Standard recipes are defined for every colour and product combination. Recipe revisions are stored under version control, making it easy to compare previous and current formulations at any time. Dyeing parameters — temperature, duration, pH, auxiliary chemical ratios — are defined per recipe and automatically communicated to machine operators, eliminating manual transcription errors.
Production orders are generated automatically based on customer orders or the production plan and assigned to machines. The system tracks in real time which batch is being processed on which machine. Any delays or stoppages in the workflow are immediately reported by the system, enabling rapid response.
Warehouse receipts of dyehouse chemicals, recipe-based consumption, and waste losses are all recorded in the system. Minimum stock levels are defined so that automatic purchasing alerts are triggered for critical chemicals before shortages occur. Full supplier and lot-level traceability is maintained throughout.
Quality control measurements for each dyeing batch — colour difference (Delta E), fastness values, etc. — are entered into the system. Automatic alerts are generated for out-of-tolerance results, and re-dyeing orders can be raised directly. Customer-specific quality standards are defined so that product acceptance and rejection criteria are consistently enforced.
