About the System
İremcomp is a purpose-built application for visually designing production orders for VAN DE WIELE, TAKEMURA, and KARUZEL looms, and generating the associated production reports.
The primary goal of the program is to analyse pattern files already converted to loom format (ep/dat/kzl), display them on-screen, and minimise errors before they reach the shop floor. It also offers advanced capabilities such as loading programs to looms over the network, retrieving production reports, and viewing the current status of each machine.
The system calculates raw material consumption values for programs sent to the loom, using pre-entered default values as a baseline and comparing them against actual consumption figures. Working online with the looms, İremcomp prevents operator errors and ensures all tasks are completed in the shortest possible time.
