About the System
EP Converter is a weaving and pattern conversion application developed specifically for Van De Wiele looms.
The program converts PCx/bmp files into the EP format that the loom understands, based on the weave structure defined in the source file. It supports adding folding fabric layers, cutting wire insertion, and placing custom text in any chosen font and size on the backing of the carpet at any desired position.
In addition, the software can reverse the process — converting EP files back into PCX format for on-screen preview and verification. The automatic conversion engine transforms any selected file into a ready-to-use EP file in the shortest possible time.
